Ingrown toenail Treatment & Nail Surgery
Expert treatment for painful ingrown toenails both conservatively, and we can also offer nail surgery using local anaesthetics to remove the offending piece of nail or the entire nail if it is clinically indicated. This is often recommended when there is a history of repeated infection. This procedure is non invasive, heals quickly and ultimately solves what can be, a very painful condition, where conservative treatment has just not worked previously.
Treatment for Corns and Callous, other common skin conditions, as well as Verruca treatment
Treatment of corn and callous is relatively common in all age groups and can easily and painlessly be removed. Other skin conditions such as a fungal infection(dermatomycosis), psoriasis, dermatitus, sweaty feet (hyperidrosis) or excessively dry feet (anidrosis), while less common ,can be very debilatating for the sufferer. Verruca are common in younger patients and we can offer various treatments for these also.
Orthotics & Supplier of Extra Depth Width Footwear
Prescription Insoles and Casted orthotics can be supplied, where deemed appropriate. Both for offloading and to address functional alignment issues. These can be beneficial where pain and discomfort are present in the foot, knee, hip or Lower back. In addition, we can supply and fit extra depth and width footwear.
